Synuclein-One Study

Synucleinopathies are a group of neurodegenerative disorders that result from the deposition of phosphorylated alpha-synuclein within the central and peripheral nervous systems. Synucleinopathies affect over 2 million people in the US and include Parkinson’s disease, multiple system atrophy, dementia with Lewy bodies, pure autonomic failure. Diagnosis is often made late in the disease, making diagnostic testing an urgent unmet need.
